LW-14無鉻專用除油劑（液

   LW-14無鉻專用除油劑（液）為無色至淡黃色透明液體，含有強(qiáng)力脫脂表面活性劑、乳化劑及功能性添加劑，能有效地去除鋁型材表面的油脂、污漬及自然氧化膜，對(duì)鋁基材無傷害。用作鋁型材噴涂、陽極氧化工藝的前處理，相對(duì)堿蝕處理而言，它具有成本低廉、鋁耗少和節(jié)省能源等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

   LW-14 Chromium-free Degreasing Additive (Liquid) is a kind of colorless to yellowish transparent liquid with powerful degreasing surface active agent, emulsifier and functional agent.This product can efficiently remove aluminum surface grease, stains and natural oxidation film and results no harm to aluminum profiles. 
   LW-14 is used for pre-treatment of aluminum profiles powder coating and anodization. It has advantages of low cost, little aluminum consumption and energy-saving comparing to alkaline etching treatment.

LW-19無鉻鈍化劑（液）

   LW-19無鉻鈍化劑（液）使鋁合金表面生成致密均勻的化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化膜，可有效提升鋁合金表面與涂層結(jié)合的漆膜附著力以及耐腐蝕性。

   特性：

   1、環(huán)保：無鉻、無毒、不含重金屬；

   2、簡(jiǎn)便：工藝簡(jiǎn)單、控制范圍寬；
   3、節(jié)能：常溫處理，可使用自來水配槽；

   4、性能：槽液穩(wěn)定，皮膜無顏色呈透明，同樣適合晶泳涂裝工藝的前處理。

   廢水處理：

   LW-19無鉻鈍化劑是一款可水洗的無鉻鈍化產(chǎn)品，不含金屬鉻或其它任何重金屬，因此，除油產(chǎn)生的廢水和無鉻鈍化槽液廢水排放時(shí)加入生石灰和片堿中和至PH 6.5-7.5呈中性即可。具體排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)請(qǐng)根據(jù)國(guó)家法律法規(guī)及當(dāng)?shù)卣欧艠?biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行廢水排放。

   LW-19 Chromium-free Passivation Additive(Liquid)
   This product can make aluminum alloy surface form the uniform chemical conversion film which could effectively enhance the coating film adhesion and corrosion resistance to the aluminum alloy surface and the coating.
   Features:
   1) Environmental protection: LW-19 is a kind of chromium-free, non-toxic and no heavy metals additive;
   2) Simple: Simple process, wide control range;
   3) Energy-saving: Operation at room temperature, bath make-up can apply running water;
   4) Performance: Bath solution is stable and the coating film is of no color (transparent), it is also applicable for crystalphoresis        pretreatment.
   Waste water treatment： 
   LW-19 chromium-free passivation additive is a washable chromium-free passivation product, which does not contain chromium or any other heavy metals. Thus, before discharging the waste water of degresing bath and chromium-free passivation bath, can apply quick lime and sodium hydroxide to neutralize the waste water PH to be 6.5-7.5 is ok. Specific discharge standards should be according to national laws and regulations and local government discharge standards.
